• The Concrete Reservoir was suffering from long-term deterioration.
• The Reservoir is approximately 220 feet in length, 64 feet wide and 22 feet in interior height.
• The Reservoir is divided into 2 compartments with a divisional interior wall.
• Application for the Utilithane® 1600 Polyurethane Coating comprises about 60,000 square feet of surface area.
South Compartment
• Utilithane® Polyurethane Coating was applied to the concrete ceiling and columns of the Reservoir first, then the walls and finally the floor.
• The ceiling work was challenging with large beams and recess within the concrete precast panels. After abrasive blast to an IRCI CSP-5 profile, much of the concrete surface contained large voids with areas of exposed aggregate from deterioration.

• All surfaces are 100% inspected with high voltage holiday testing to insure the surface is pinhole and void free.
